1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Precision Pressure Washing ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto.

2. Services and Estimates

All estimates provided are valid for 30 days. We reserve the right to amend the estimate if the scope of work changes or if we discover unforeseen circumstances upon arriving at the job site. We will always communicate any price changes before proceeding with the work.

3. Water Usage and Site Preparation

By accepting our services, you agree to provide Precision Pressure Washing the right to use an on-site water supply as needed to complete the stated project without compensation. It is the customer's responsibility to make sure the water supply is on and working before we arrive.

Customers are responsible for ensuring windows and doors are shut tightly, and that delicate items, furniture, or vehicles are moved away from the work area. We are not responsible for water intrusion or damage to items left in the designated wash area.

4. Pre-existing Damage

Precision Pressure Washing is not liable for any pre-existing damage, including but not limited to loose siding, chipped paint, broken seals on windows, oxidized paint, or loose mortar/brickwork. Our cleaning processes are safe, but they may reveal prior damage that was hidden by dirt or organic growth.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

6. Cancellations

We appreciate at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Weather conditions may require us to reschedule your appointment for the safety of our crew and the quality of the work.

7. SMS Communications & A2P 10DLC Compliance

Precision Pressure Washing may use SMS (text messaging) to communicate with customers regarding appointment confirmations, service reminders, service updates, promotions, and customer support. By opting in, you can expect service communication and appointment confirmation messages for exterior cleaning services as needed.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to opt-out. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

We are committed to complying with the A2P 10DLC requirements, ensuring the security and privacy of mobile information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Sharing mobile information with subcontractors who provide support services, such as customer service, is permitted. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties under any other circumstances.

8. Eligibility and Age Requirement

By accessing or using this website and services provided by Precision Pressure Washing, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.

If you are under 18 years old, you may not use this website, submit personal information, or opt in to receive SMS communications without the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Precision Pressure Washing reserves the right to restrict access to its services or terminate usage if we determine that a user does not meet the minimum age requirement.

9. Data Usage and Privacy

Mobile phone numbers collected for SMS communications are used solely for business-related communications from Precision Pressure Washing. We do not sell, rent, or share SMS subscriber information with third parties for marketing purposes.
